Structural Steel Drafting
Our drafting service uses advanced BIM software called Tekla Structures to complete 3D modelling and workshop drawings for structural steel elements. Our team produces detailed plans and conducts site measurements for custom-made elements. Working with architectural, engineering, hydraulic, and civil plans to ensure seamless integration of steel structures and assemblies.
Processing
NEACH have in-house processing equipment allowing us to provide clients with a schedule advantage. We complete plate profiling on material up to 80mm thick with our CNC plasma. Automated beam drilling, milling, cutting and scribing is done on our Peddinghaus CNC Beamline. Utilising these methods, you’ll benefit from a reduced schedule, greater precision, and automation of repetitive tasks completed with smart data from our Tekla Structures drafting software.
Steel Fabrication
The workshop processes a baseline of 200 tonnes of steel per month which is easily scaled to larger quantities for clients who may have compressed schedules or emergency projects.

Site Installations
NEACH have experienced project managers who work with our clients to provide a comprehensive onsite installation service. We strive hard to coordinate complex installs ensuring safety, quality, and timely project delivery through our experienced rigging team. We also have the capability to perform installations outside of regular operating hours to accommodate our clients’ needs.
