Starting with humble beginnings as a boiler maker and driving a panel van and trailer, Spud was instrumental in many well known Sunshine Coast structures including the Cooroy Brickworks, Cooroy Commonwealth Bank and ‘The Hastings’ accommodation in Noosa Heads.
Spud combined with North Coast Crane Hire in 1989 and became Noosa Engineering and Crane Hire.
In 2011 the baton was passed onto Ryza and he became managing director renaming the company NEACH.
Under Ryza’s leadership NEACH has grown to service tier 1 and 2 industries and maintains year on year growth and leading performance in the Australian steel industry.
